I really liked that show, too. It was another good show that SyFy
managed to kill off. Unfortunately, unlike the Expanse, Dark Matter was not picked up by another network or streaming service.

Oh THE EXPANSE! I forgot about that .. didn't that change owners like midway thru? It moved to SyFy channel I thought .. I"d have to google that one.

It started on SyFy and lasted 3 seasons. Like Dark Matter, they decided
to cut it. There was a big fan outcry so Amazon Prime picked it up for 2
    or 3 more seasons.

Apparently, SyFy's business model at the time was to create programs that
cost too much to make and then ultimately have to cancel them even if the ratings were good (for a specialty cable channel), or to cut the costs
down to a point where the show (and ratings) suffered.

For the Expanse and Dark Matter, it was the former.

Anyone else watching this new series - I'm really enjoying it!

Ok so I got the first released watched .. NICE!!!

Has a light SLIDERS edge to it (only regarding the multiverse - it was in the preview, so no secrets given away who read this) LOL

[...] I did look up Dark Matter on IMDB to see there is a
new series. I ve not seen it, but I can tell you the 2015
Dark Matter was a great series.

I decided to check out DM (2015). Finished the first season
last week. I like it. Someone put together the S1 and S2
playlists so that the 13 episodes in each could be had with yt-
dlp very conveniently. S3 is supposed to have 13 episodes too,
but the playlist on YT only has 11.

I am glad you liked it, too bad it only ran for three seasons.

Unfortunately I don use YT for finding those play-lists, however it does appear that at least in Canada season 3 is available on Microsoft and is on sale for $4.99. And of course there are torrents.

S3 E4 where Three experiences a time loop, living the same day
over and over again was well-crafted and hilarious.

Down to the last stretch of episodes. One or two is enough to
satisfy an evening of tv viewing.

The whole season is 4.99? Not anymore. Each episode is 2.99
there. I can't subscribe to such services; I only have mobile
for internet access. So.. I prefer to save films/shows on file
    and watch them later "offline".
